In 1978 was created the "College Terras", annex to the condominium, catering the needs of the dwellers as well as the region's people. Today, the school and the college "Prudente de Moraes" constitute one of the most important education complexes in Brazil.

Hundreds of students are attended from the nursery to superior degree, which counts with six graduation courses. All this just attached to the condominium. There is an exclusive entrance from the condominium, so the dwellers don't need to go through the gates.
